  1. Thank you for the article, Brian. Your note on the risk assessment maintenance schedule of countries with dynamic and changing conditions leads me to conclude procedures for an “emergency” reassessment (a battle drill of sorts), in addition to a fixed periodic reassessment (annual or semi-annual), is something institutions ought to have in their play book. I am fairly new to the field so pardon me if the answer to this question is obvious: I wonder, is an adjustment to the risk profile for a country required to be reported to regulatory agencies and/or stockholders?
