Very nice article, thank you. A good example of why jurisdictions an FIs need to closely look at the FATF Recommendations in respect of PEPs, particularly “persons who are or have been entrusted with a prominent fuctions by an international organisation”
Thanks for sharing. Same investigations should continue against other international organizations. All culprits should be punished.
Amazing that the PEP definition did not catch enough of these people and their kin.
