Excellent article. In my experience, a good number of compliance professionals are opting to become consultants, give provides them with flexibility to move around different organizations which helps them learn new compliance tools and situations. Retaining compliance professionals is definitely becoming challenging for organizations. Not necessarily for the purpose of greater pay but to face more challenging work and growth.
