Ms. Tsai, Pei Ling, CAMS—Taipei City, Taiwan

Ms. Tsai, Pei-Ling is the prosecutor of the Taiwan Ministry of Justice Department of Prosecutorial Affairs. Ms. Tsai has extensive legal experience in economic, tax and financial crime, anti-money laundering and counterterrorist financing, confiscation of criminal law, counterfeit money, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, as well as trade and investment framework agreement. She holds a Master of Laws degree from National Chengchi University. Ms. Tsai is currently a doctoral candidate in law school at National Chiao Tung University.

Ms. Tsai is a frequent speaker at the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) events, including the most recent ACAMS 11th Annual AML & Financial Crime Conference—Asia Pacific. She delivered the keynote address at the ACAMS 10th Annual Taiwan Conference—“Enhanced AML & Financial Crime Tools & Techniques”  in January 2019.
